As we eagerly anticipate the opening of our new clinic, we’re searching for an experienced Phlebotomist.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples and performing related procedures with the highest standard of patient care. Your commitment to creating a positive, respectful, and supportive experience for each patient sets you apart.

What you’ll Do:
  • Perform venipuncture, capillary blood collection efficiently and safely, BP, ECG, Vaccines, Hearing Test, INBody analysis, Lung Function Test while always prioritizing patient comfort and dignity. Please note there will be on site training for the hearing, lung function and INBody tests.
  • Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
  • Accurately document patient information and specimen details in accordance with clinic protocols.
  • Greet patients warmly, explain procedures clearly, and respond to questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Order and keep inventory of supplies. Restock medical supplies and prep exam rooms.
  • Scan, upload documents to patient charts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and workflow.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and respect for patient privacy at all times.

What you’ll Bring:

  • Current certification/registration with CSMLS and/or CPTG is required.
  • Minimum of Five (5) years Phlebotomy experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering patient-centered care in a healthcare setting.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
