Do you have experience in aeronautics, have worked in configuration management, and are you looking to grow and develop new skills? This position is for you!

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking an analyst to join our Quality Assurance team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada, where you will ensure configuration compliance for our A220 aircraft.

You will be part of the Configuration and Documentation team responsible for analyzing assembly reports and respective documentation of our aircraft, identifying and participating in problem resolution.

The team organization is established in such a way as to promote cross‑functional collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as a Quality Assurance Analyst will be to ensure the compliance of our aircraft, manage priorities in line with objectives and promote Quality culture across the company.

Your profile
  • 3 years of experience minimum in quality insurance in an industrial environment.
  • College or university diploma in a field related to the manufacturing industry (aeronautics, mechanics, engineering, project management, etc.).
  • Knowledge of aircraft configuration management (A220).
  • Knowledge of aircraft component traceability management (A220).
  • Bilingual with oral and written communication skills.
  • Desire for continuous improvement and problem solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mind and ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Leadership, autonomy, ability to work in a team and professionalism.
  • You have a logical and flexible mind with a sense of initiative and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft computer systems, Gsuites.
Travel requirements

This position may involve business travel worldwide. Occasional travel within Canada and abroad is required. The role may also require on‑call duty during weekends and/or holiday periods.
