Job summary
A leading tech consulting firm is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience to support in designing and implementing an enterprise-wide monitoring and observability solution. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience and a strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as Datadog and Splunk.
Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, traces).
- Experience with enterprise-scale implementations and vendor evaluations.

Our Client is looking for a Senior Technical BA with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience to support the design, selection, and implementation of an enterprise-wide monitoring and observability solution
Must Haves:
- 8+ years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, traces), monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with enterprise-scale implementations and vendor evaluations.
- Familiarity with SRE principles and practices
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
