As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements. You will be responsible for areas of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, as well as supporting the production of timely and accurate financial reports. Your expertise will help us maintain strong financial controls and support our growth initiatives. You will report directly to the Director of Accounting as part of a wider Accounting team.

• Taking full responsibility for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial information.
• Reviewing and posting month-end journals for multiple entities.
• Operating in a rigorous internal controls environment and recommending opportunities for process improvements.
• Preparing or reviewing month-end schedules and reports.
• Completing and/or reviewing monthly account reconciliations and analysis.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Developing and maintaining effective routines for day-to-day accounting activities.
• Assisting with internal and external audits.
• Maintaining and updating accounting policies and procedures.
• Participating in cross-training initiatives and supporting ad-hoc tasks, as required.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Possess a CPA designation or equivalent.
• Bring at least 5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a publicly traded company.
• Demonstrate knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Show proficiency in accounting software (Oracle preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
• Exhibit analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Communicate clearly and build effective interpersonal relationships.
