Job summary

A leading energy company is seeking an experienced developer to design and develop engineering systems applications in Calgary. The role involves coding, testing, and ensuring security in applications. Candidates must have a degree in Computer Science and at least 4 years of related experience. Qualifications

  • Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or similar discipline, and minimum 4 years of related experience.
  • Developer and Lead positions available for this team.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, codes, tests, trouble-shoots, and documents engineering systems applications.
  • Develops test strategies for automated regression testing.
  • Implements secure coding practices and triages security issues.
  • Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity.

Skills

Design and development of engineering systems applications
Familiarity with secure coding practices
