A professional services firm in Centre Wellington is seeking a temporary administrative professional. Responsibilities include reception coverage, preparing Personal Income Tax Returns, and general filing. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills, be friendly and professional, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The position offers flexible hours and provides an opportunity to gain valuable administrative experience while working closely with a dynamic team.
Our seasonal administrative posting is for a temporary contract position from March 2026 to April 30, 2026 in our Fergus office. Hours may fluctuate between part‑time and full‑time hours, including some evenings and Saturday mornings.
This position will work closely with accounting team members and other administrative staff.
