We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Retail Team as a Sr. Sales Associate.

THE DETAILS:

You’ll be joining our Liberty Village team at 3-51 Hanna Avenue, Toronto, ON, in a full-time capacity

  • You’ll act as an ambassador of our brand, taking care to ensure every customer feels like a guest in our home. It’s your job to give a positive first impression, find the items they need, and suggest additional items to help build their dream space
  • Once their items have been selected, you’ll help customers check out, process their payment, and assist customers with returns/exchanges as necessary
  • You’ll be a point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries and relaying comments to the management team
  • You’ll work with the team to keep the storefront clean, organized, and visually appealing. You’ll also handle return/go-back items
  • As a key holder, you’ll be in charge of opening the store at the start of the day and closing up at the end
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a retail sales environment; a combination of education and experience may be considered
  • High school diploma. Post-secondary experience in sales and retail customer service would be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in retail operations and systems (Point of Sale, Microsoft Office), as well as a basic understanding of inventory management and product flow
  • A high standard of quality when it comes to customer service, performance, accuracy, and sales goals
  • The ability to self-motivate, organize, and be persuasive in their communication style
  • The ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods of time
