CALLING ALL ROCKSTAR SALES ASSOCIATES This is a Part-Time contract position

We are seeking friendly, outgoing, personable individuals to join our sales team! Ideal candidates have an entrepreneurial mindset and can help grow our client’s portfolio of smoke-free products, offering safer alternatives for adult smokers. We value participation in meaningful change, which involves engaging directly with people in person. We need social butterflies who can connect authentically while maintaining professionalism.

Motivated performers can benefit from profit sharing; when you and the team meet targets, you receive a percentage of the variable fees. Our cooperative financial model ensures funding benefits all participants involved.

• Engaging and educating adult smokers
• Two locations per day, eight-hour shifts, three times a week
• Trade support at key retailers, pubs, restaurants, and clubs
• Ongoing training to ensure confidence and a positive customer experience
• Coaching and audits to ensure adherence to sales, operational, health, and safety guidelines
• Collaborative work environment encouraging bold communication and sharing feedback through group chats, photos, videos, and emojis

• Comfortable engaging with every customer; shyness is a no-go! Background in drama, dance, or performance is a plus.
• Sales and customer service experience is essential.
• Ability to work well in a team, leading through service and collaboration. Our team is our core strength.

• $30 hourly plus health benefits and bonuses
• Flexible schedule focused on late afternoons and evenings, Thursday to Saturday
• 20-24 hours per week with potential for increase based on campaign success

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Background check during onboarding
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry 25-50 pounds
