Grow revenue through existing client relationships (no cold calling required). Lead sales administration and foster meaningful customer relationships. Provide leadership and coaching to a team of 5 staff members in production and retail.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service (preferably in retail, sporting goods, or team sales).
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience managing both operational and sales processes is preferred.
