A recruitment firm is seeking a Sales Manager in Oakville, Ontario, to manage team sales and oversee back-end order management. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in sales and account management, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships. Leadership and coaching experience is essential, as well as the ability to drive revenue growth without cold calling. This role offers an opportunity to lead and support a team in a dynamic environment.
Competenze
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience managing operational and sales processes.

- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service (preferably in retail, sporting goods, or team sales).
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience managing both operational and sales processes is preferred.
