Design and drafting of H.V.A.C systems, plumbing, and drainage in AutoCAD and Revit; Assist Project Managers to meet clients’ deliverables; Coordinate with the design team. Multi‑Family experience preferred.

Requirements

• Strong AutoCAD and Revit Skills
• Heating and cooling load calculations using HAP tools or similar
• Ability to size mechanical systems and select equipment
• Ability to review, interpret and apply building codes in different jurisdictions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Thrive in a fast‑paced working environment
• Ability to identify potential risks and report them to the PMs
• Mixed Use, Multi‑Family experience would be an asset
• 4–7 years working experience in the building industry with extensive Revit and AutoCAD experience
