About the Job

Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Credit and Collection Analyst to join our Accounting team in Mexico. The role will work within the entire Order to Cash cycle and focus on day-to-day duties including collections, accounting, customer account reconciliation, and related bad debt analysis. This position will help support Twilio’s growth efforts globally.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments.
  • Negotiate with clients regarding their overdue payments.
  • Respond to customer queries.
  • Achieve monthly cash targets while ensuring effective customer satisfaction.
  • Identify key areas for change or improvement.
  • Commit to nurturing and enhancing Twilio's unique culture, with a focus on continuous improvement through the application of your skills and expertise.

Required:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of Collections experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and easily shift between details and the “big picture”.
  • Strong data and reconciliation skills, with comfort working with targets.
  • Best-in-class customer service skills, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Third-level qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a Business-related discipline, or relevant experience.
Location

This role will be remote, based in Mexico City.

Travel

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.
