WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Be the heartbeat of the salon by managing all operations and providing leadership and tools for success.
• Lead by example to help your staff increase their clientele and grow the business. Focus on salon profitability and teach stylists the ins and outs of business management.
• Perform all hair care services offered by Supercuts, ensuring the highest quality for each guest.
• Act as a coach and mentor to foster a positive work environment and bring out the best in your team.
• Handle hiring, recruiting, training, conflicts, and client complaints with professionalism and ease.

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS

• Lead by example with excellent customer service skills and professionalism in challenge resolution.
• Ability to develop your team, create a positive environment, and keep the salon's bottom line in mind.
• Hold a current cosmetology or barber license as required by local regulations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Be tech-savvy and capable of performing administrative tasks, including daily system closures.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills are necessary.
• Availability for mandatory meetings and training, including overnight travel if required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Good eyesight to observe guest hair, including close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment.
• Comfort with moving, standing, lifting, and reaching, including occasional lifting of 10-25 lbs.
• Acceptance of chemicals and fragrances used in treatments.
