Le rôle hybride basé à Toronto inclut la gestion de reporting et des propositions, exigeant au moins 3 ans d'expérience et une maîtrise des outils comme Excel et Power BI. Pay Rate: $35 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a large multinational insurance company, is looking for an Analyst for an initial 18-month contract. This role is hybrid in office in Toronto. Key responsibilities include:
Key responsibilities include:
- Management portfolio reporting
- workforce performance reporting
- request-for-proposal ("RFP")
- Ad hoc reporting and operating activities as required
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate
- Strong communication skills
- Strong financial analysis experience
- Knowledge of Yardi, Power BI, Tableau, an asset
- Advanced or expert knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of concepts related to leasing, building expenses, and capital expenditures will be an asset.
- Knowledge of Yardi Accounting System and Power BI
