The Lead systems Architecture engineer will play a vital role within the advanced technology organization. This role will lead system requirements management and system design activities for cutting‑edge advanced products and technologies. This role provides technical leadership and assistance to the project teams to ensure they deliver on cost, quality, schedule, and technical goals. This role also works very closely with project management to plan and execute activities to meet customer expectations.
Grand Rapids, MI (Onsite 5 days a week). An extensive corporate relocation package is also available for eligible candidates.
A strategic and innovative systems engineer with an active (or recently inactive) US Security clearance and experience with system design of high design assurance embedded systems, capable of making well‑judged decisions in a dynamic environment.
The base pay range for this position is $90,800.00 - $121,500.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 03/31/26.
