Le Réseau de santé spécialisé ShoppersDrugMart/Pharmaprix soutient nos magasins de détail afin d’offrir les meilleurs soins aux patients qui ont besoin de médicaments spécialisés. Nous offrons des programmes de soutien aux patients pour les traitements médicamenteux spécialisés, en fournissant aux médecins des ressources pour gérer leurs patients, faciliter le remboursement et améliorer le respect des directives de traitement. Nous fournissons un service à la clientèle supérieur aux patients, aux fournisseurs de soins et aux fabricants de produits pharmaceutiques pour améliorer les résultats de tous les intervenants du secteur des soins de santé.

Sous la responsabilité du superviseur, Soutien de l’officine du Réseau de santé spécialisé, vous serez responsable de veiller à ce que les appels et les courriels de soutien dans le cadre des programmes du Réseau de santé spécialisé soient gérés efficacement et en temps opportun au quotidien. Vous devez être en mesure de travailler efficacement dans des délais serrés et de vous adapter aux besoins changeants de la clientèle. Comme le poste nécessite l’accès à des renseignements de nature très délicate, vous devez agir de façon diplomatique et professionnelle en plus de préserver la confidentialité de l’information sur la clientèle, conformément à la politique et aux exigences légales de ShoppersDrugMart/Pharmaprix.

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe de l’officine et les programmes des fabricants offerts par le soutien de l’officine du Réseau de santé spécialisé
• Offrir du soutien à ShoppersDrugMart/Pharmaprix relativement à la formation sur l’auto‑injection des patients dans un Centre d’excellence spécialisé
• Collaborer avec les partenaires externes pour faciliter efficacement la délivrance des ordonnances dans toutes les pharmacies de détail
• Fournir un soutien de vente au détail à tout le personnel de l’officine pour l’approvisionnement, le remboursement et le traitement des réclamations liées aux médicaments de spécialité
• Flexibilité de travailler des quarts de travail en rotation entre 8h et 20h (HNE)

• Diplôme collégial ou universitaire
• Bilinguisme (anglais et français) requis, nécessaire pour soutenir le personnel de la pharmacie et coordonner avec les partenaires externes à travers le pays
• Expérience dans l’industrie de la pharmacie, des soins de santé ou du remboursement (minimum de 2 à 3 ans)
• Esprit d’équipe et désir d’offrir un service à la clientèle et aux magasins supérieur
• Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
• Solides compétences informatiques dans un environnement Windows avec Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Expérience en tant qu’adjoint(e) en pharmacie ou technicien avec AssystRx, HealthWATCH, le nouveau HealthWATCH ou Kroll, un atout
• Expérience avec un outil de gestion des relations avec la clientèle, comme Salesforce, un atout

Bilingual Senior Coordinator, Retail Specialty Support

Shoppers Drug Mart Specialty Health Network supports our retail stores to provide the best patient care to patients who require specialty drugs. We provide patient support programs for specialty drug therapies, providing physicians with resources to manage their patients, facilitating reimbursement, and enhancing patient compliance. We deliver superior customer service to patients, healthcare providers and pharmaceutical manufacturers to improve healthcare outcomes for all stakeholders.

We are hiring a Bilingual Senior Coordinator, Retail Specialty Support

Reporting to the Supervisor, Retail Specialty Support, you will be responsible for ensuring support calls and emails through the Retail Specialty Support Programs are managed effectively and timely on a day‑to‑day basis. You must be able to work effectively, with short lead times and changing customer demands. As the position deals with highly sensitive information, you are expected to act in a diplomatic professional manner, and maintain patient confidentiality, as per Shoppers Drug Mart policy and legal requirements.

• Work closely with Pharmacy team members and manufacturer programs provide Retail Pharmacy Support
• Offer support to Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix relating to patient self‑injection training at a Specialty Centre of Excellence location
• Coordinate with external partners to effectively facilitate the dispensing of prescriptions at all retail pharmacies.
• Provide retail support to all pharmacy staff for procurement, reimbursement and processing of claims related to specialty medications.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts between the hours of 8AM to 8PM (EST)

• College or University degree
• Bilingual (French & English) required to support pharmacy staff and coordinate with external partners across the country
• Experience in the pharmacy, healthcare or reimbursement industry (2 to 3 years minimum)
• A team player with the desire to provide superior customer care and store support
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong computer skills in a Windows environment using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Pharmacy Assistant or Technician with Assyst Rx, HealthWATCH, New HealthWATCH, and/or Kroll experience is an asset
• Experience with a Customer Relationship Management tool, such as Salesforce is an asset
