The Opportunity Northern Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the Family Practice Associates Clinic in Fort St. John. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide longitudinal primary care to patients of all ages in a well-established, team-based environment. The NP will attach a patient panel and contribute to a collaborative care model alongside family physicians and medical office assistants.
The clinic is co-located with another practice that includes four Nurse Practitioners, fostering a collegial and supportive atmosphere. The NP will use MOIS ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD (EMR) specific to the clinic and will be eligible for financial incentives through the Provincial Attachment System.

It utilizes the MOIS Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and operates with a collaborative, patient-centered model of care. The Nurse Practitioner position is incorporated within the clinic team.
