The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of caretaking or maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage various responsibilities from administrative tasks to emergency handling. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of caretaking and/or building maintenance experience.
• Able to work well with minimal supervision.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all administrative work involved in the operation of the property.
• Cleaning the common areas and assisting with minor repairs.
• Handle emergencies on a 24hr basis during the workweek.
