This role

We're a team of global innovators, who cherish diverse perspectives that fuel our mission; to simplify the world of work for SMBs worldwide.

As the Account Executive, you will be focused on winning new business in the SMB market, speaking to C-level and HR executives across a wide range of business verticals. You will pitch, demo, present, and close deals end-to-end, with the majority (70%) of your leads coming from our energetic SDR team. This being said, a drive to generate your own leads and the ability to manage your own sales pipeline is a must.>

Your key focus areas will be:

  • Business development - you will hunt new business with a consultative approach
  • Managing a sales cycle from start to finish - prospect, pitch, demo, present, close
  • Confidently presenting to decision-makers like C-suite executives and being able to negotiate appropriately
  • Working closely with the SDR Team to qualify opportunities and close deals
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline to meet your assigned monthly quota
  • Using Salesforce CRM to ensure customer data is correct and up-to-date
  • Collaborating with the client experience team to ensure a seamless implementation
  • Be proactive in monitoring and providing feedback to the product and engineering team to help drive product excellence.
