As a Field Sales Representative, you will educate clients and offer President's Choice Financial Products on behalf of one of the most trusted and iconic Canadian brands.

• $17.75/hr minimum protection guarantee + commission

1. Educate customers on the features and benefits of President's Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
2. Understand customers' needs to make appropriate recommendations.
3. Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge.
4. Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products, by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product.
5. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a great experience.
6. Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product.
7. Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
8. Maintain confidentiality when working with customer information.
9. Create excitement around the product offering, being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product.

1. 1+ years experience in sales in financial or retail sectors (asset).
2. Comfortable with sales targets, eager to challenge the status quo.
3. Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people, with a talent for acquiring new customers.
4. Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
5. Strong listening and communication skills.
6. High integrity and accountability, especially with confidential customer information.
7. Willing to complete a criminal/credit background check.
8. Interest in learning and development through coaching and training.
9. Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license is an asset.
