A municipal library service in Edmonton is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to manage and deliver learning opportunities, offer consultancy, and enhance individual and team competencies. Responsibilities include leading corporate learning programs and facilitating sessions, with a focus on collaboration and innovative learning approaches. The role may be hybrid, requiring 33.75 hours of work per week, and offers a competitive salary range.
Reporting to the Manager, Learning and Leadership Development Programs, you will function as a corporate Learning and Development Consultant, managing, creating, and delivering learning opportunities and providing consultation to enhance individual and team competencies. Within our team, our focus areas are general employee capacity building and leadership development. Success is measured by achieving results respectfully, inclusively, and with a service mindset.

Up to 1 Temporary 18 month, full‑time position
Hours of Work: 33.75 hours per week. This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement with the flexibility to work from both home and the worksite.
Salary Range: $42.028 - $60.040 (Hourly); $74,042.830 - $105,775.470 (Annually)
