Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital is actively seeking applicants for a Registered Nurse position in the Medical/Surgical department.
Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital offers 30 acute care medical/surgical beds. An interdisciplinary team consisting of Nurses, Physicians, Pharmacists, Registered Dietitians, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and many volunteers care for patients here.
At Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital, we believe in a Home First Philosophy. Our team will work with you to get you home at the most appropriate time. Together with the South West LHIN Home and Community Care Coordinators, we can arrange programs to ensure a successful transition from hospital to home.
Our Palliative Care support, which is part of our medicine program, offers care focused on the quality of life of patients and their families facing a life-limiting illness, through the prevention, assessment, and treatment of pain and other physical, psychological, and spiritual issues.
Must be available to work all shifts as required, which may include weekends, statutory holidays, days, evenings, and night shifts. Hours are subject to change based on operational needs of the hospital.
