Position Title: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Location: Prescott, Arizona

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Clinical Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine

Travel Requirements: None

Compensation & Incentives

  • Annual Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 (based on experience)
  • Incentive Bonus: RVU-based performance bonuses available
  • Sign-On / Relocation Assistance: $5,000 – $15,000 (depending on experience and eligibility)

An established outpatient family medicine clinic in Prescott, Arizona is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive, high-quality primary care. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with no evening, weekend, or on-call duties—ideal for providers prioritizing both patient impact and personal balance.

The clinic promotes a streamlined, patient-centered model of care with onsite scribe support, collaborative team dynamics, and manageable patient volumes to ensure focus on quality over quantity.

About the Role

This opportunity is suited for both experienced providers and confident new graduates ready for independent practice. The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically sound, and aligned with a mission to deliver accessible, evidence-based care in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver primary care services to a diverse patient panel across all age groups
  • Conduct annual physicals, wellness exams, and preventive screenings
  • Diagnose and manage common acute conditions and chronic diseases
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on lab results, imaging, and diagnostics
  • Educate patients on health maintenance, medication adherence, and lifestyle management
  • Coordinate care with onsite colleagues and external specialists
  • Accurately document all clinical encounters within the EMR (supported by full-time scribes)
  • Maintain an average daily patient volume of 10–15 visits
Minimum Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Arizona
  • Graduation from an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program
  • DEA licensure (or eligibility to obtain) in Arizona
  • Eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment
  • No history of disciplinary actions or malpractice claims
