• Experience working with seniors and unregulated care providers.
• Must maintain competencies as per the governing College standards.
• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening (VPS) required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents’ care assessments, service plans, and documentation are up to date.
• Work closely with DOC to facilitate residents’ moves and transfers.
• Plan and manage evaluations of the resident’s care plan.
