• Compiling andmaintaining personnel records:
• Record employeeinformation, such as personal data; compensation, benefits andtax data; present; performance comments or reviews; as well asthe date and reason for termination.
• Processing jobapplications and participating in other employment-relatedactivities.
• Update employeerecords to record employee actions and provide information forpayroll and other uses.
• Review employeerecords to answer questions and provide information toauthorized personnel.
• Compile data frompersonnel files and prepare reports using a typewriter orcomputer.
• Aptitude,personality, and interest tests can be organized andgraded.
  

• Two years of officeexperience with the responsibility of continuously performinga variety of complex office activities, including the use ofsystems. computerized record keeping and substantial publicexposure.
• Willingness to worka flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends andemergencies, if needed, is required for certainpositions.
• Any combination ofeducation and experience that will provide the necessaryknowledge and abilities is eligible, unless otherwisestated.
