Responsibilities
  • Respond toemergency and non-emergency calls and document vitalinformation.
  • Respond to any problems and follow upwith the appropriate departments or field units.
  • Maintain and operate a multi-line telephone consolesystem.
  • Respond to product and delivery-relatedinquiries.
  • Direct crews and other field units to the appropriate locations using the radio, phone, or computer.
  • Prioritize and categorize calls based ontheir importance.
  • To prioritize their daily program,supervise the route and status of field units.
  • Keepcall logs, call records, and other vital paperwork up todate.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification isnecessary.
