Responsibilities:
- Operate fuel/lube trucks to safely service heavy equipment as required and directed.
- Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and completes daily Field Level Hazard Assessments.
- Complete equipment inspections, report repairs required and assist in scheduling these repairs.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of service kits, lubes, oils, and other supplies.
- Coordinate’s equipment service activities with production and maintenance team members.
- Supports Mechanics with unplanned breakdowns and repairs of heavy equipment.
- Complete maintenance records and documentation as required.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members.
- Be a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs.
- Previous Training and 2 years of work experience as a Fuel/Lube Technician is an asset.
- Must be able to work up to 12 hours a day.
- Must be able to workday or night shifts.
- Required to work outside under all weather conditions and handle noise and vibrations.
- Unrestricted Class 3 driver’s license.
- Positive and safety-conscious attitude.
