Job summary
A telecommunications company in Vaughan seeks a candidate for a role focused on inspecting and testing cable signals, as well as installing and maintaining telephone equipment. Ideal for those with hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. This position involves working on the road and requires climbing ladders or poles. Permanent employment with full-time hours. Knowledge of English is necessary.
Qualifications
- Inspect and test cable signals and associated equipment.
- Install and maintain aerial and underground telephone equipment.
- Repair cable signals.
Responsibilities
- Test equipment to locate transmission faults.
- Complete and maintain test and service reports.
- Climb and work aloft on poles, ladders or other support structures.
