Reporting to the Project Manager, the Nurse Call & RTLS Technician is responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing multiple healthcare technologies including but not limited to RTLS and nurse call systems.

1. Service, install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain and inspect RTLS and nurse call systems.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with network electronic systems and software.
3. Commission front-end workstations & servers.
4. Provide onsite validation and testing of RTLS and nurse call systems.
5. Ensure customer requests and status are followed up on timely and professionally.
6. Perform all assigned preventative maintenance, repair, and emergency service calls.
7. Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with the company’s team of managers, engineers, and technicians; the client; and consulting engineers.
8. Effectively communicate and maintain project status with management, contractors, and customers.

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-5 years related experience in RTLS and nurse call systems.
• Computer literacy, networking ability, and good knowledge of operating systems.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• System integration and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in system integration, network topology, and virtual environments.
• Experience with ICT design in healthcare environments.
• Experience in delivering RTLS and nurse call solutions.
• Technical writing skills for documentation.
• Knowledge of healthcare technology deployment.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
