Position Summary
Do you have a passion for nursing? We have the position for you! We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a dedication to delivering compassionate patient care to join our team.
Under the direction of the Team Leader, ACT, the nurse is an integral part of the multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. The team provides flexible, community-based ACT services designed to promote stability, recovery, and community integration. The nurse maintains a primary caseload of 8 to 10 clients and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver ACT services for all clients.
Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days, Evenings - 11:00 to 19:00
