Location: Cambria, WI.
Job Type: Full-Time | Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM OR 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (2-2-3 schedule)
Pay: $22–$25/hour + $3/hour night shift premium
Bonus: Night shift employees receive an additional 40 hours of PTO!

Are you detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about food safety? Join our team as a Lab Technician and play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of the products people rely on every day.

• Test with Precision: Perform physical tests on food samples with accuracy and care
• Ensure Compliance: Follow cGMP and regulatory standards in all lab activities
• Document Results: Record and report findings clearly and accurately
• Maintain the Lab: Keep the lab clean, organized, and audit-ready
• Support Quality Programs: Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement
• Manage Time Effectively: Balance multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting

• Experience in a food testing lab or similar environment (preferred)
• Familiarity with cGMP and lab best practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• A sense of urgency and strong time management skills
• Initiative and a drive for continuous improvement
