The Sanitation Operator is responsible for executing sanitation procedures and standards in the bottling facility. The primary focus is to ensure sanitation systems protect food safety and beverage quality. The position reports to the Sanitation Lead.

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of production lines, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput standards are met.
• Complete sanitation, quality, and production reports accurately; perform inspections to prevent non-conforming products; report defects to team members and leadership.
• Execute cleaning and sanitation procedures, policies, and record-keeping for the facility.
• Assist in troubleshooting sanitation, food safety, and quality issues.
• Oversee environmental aspects of sanitation, report wastewater or discharge issues to QA Manager.
• Follow safety programs, guidelines, and regulations diligently.
• Adhere to GMP and Food Safety Standards consistently.
• Work across all sanitation areas, troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain cleanliness in all production and assigned areas.
• Maintain regular attendance; be able to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating schedule based on production needs.

• Minimum: 2 years experience in cleaning/sanitation in beverage or bottled water manufacturing; 0 years managing people/projects.
• Preferred: 4 years experience in similar manufacturing environments; 2 years managing people/projects.

Typical Compensation Range

Pay Rate Type : Hourly, $22.95 - $30.41/hour
