The Temporary National Security Specialist is responsible for providing security support to Canadian Kuehne+Nagel locations. This will include resolving security requests for access cards, access changes, repair requests, video verifications or reviews, and equipment/supply requests. You will also manage any required service on installed security equipment and support the implementation of new security systems at new and existing client sites. Audit support will be provided to ensure security systems are operating correctly and access to Kuehne+Nagel sites is effectively controlled. You will support system and process training for security systems and initiatives.

• Request service for identified security equipment failures
• Identify required vendor and obtain quote for service
• Coordinate creation of purchase order with Kuehne+Nagel site
• Coordinate scheduling of service and site access for vendor
• Coordinate compliance reporting on resolution of service
• Monitor and process supplies for Contract Logistics sites
• Create security system databases, user access, and training
• Support Global and National security training communications and completion

• 1+ years' office coordination experience in a warehouse environment
• 1+ years' customer service experience
• Experience reviewing security video surveillance footage
• Experience setting up access control
