THE TEAM

The mission of the Global Logistics Department is to deliver Everyday Luxury through the global transportation of goods.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Global Logistics team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for ensuring the timely arrival of freight into our Distribution Network. As the Inbound Specialist, Global Logistics you will support with managing the efficient flow of goods and related information between the port of origin and the point of consumption. THE ROLE

As the Inbound Specialist, Global Logistics, you will:

  • Execute best-in-class end-to-end inland freight set-up, including load planning and delivery appointment coordination with our DCs
  • Deliver a seamless logistics experience for internal and external customers, including in-transit tracking and exception handling
  • Manage departmental administration, ensuring the day-to-day business operates optimally
  • Mitigate risks and impacts associated with daily operations, minimizing potential disruption to the business
THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Inbound Specialist, Global Logistics, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in:
    • A Supply Chain environment including freight management, cross-docking, and delivery equipment
    • Working with freight forwarders and transloading facilities
    • KPI data analysis and financial reporting
    • Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $24 - $48 CAD per hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
