To meet the demand for its solutions we are looking to add a talented and driven Network and Security Specialist to our Toronto team.

We are seeking an experienced Network and Security Specialist to lead and support our cybersecurity, infrastructure, and security compliance efforts. You will work closely with project managers, solution engineers, backend support teams and suppliers to ensure the highest standards of network reliability, security compliance, and operational excellence across all Geek+ solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cybersecurity governance, technical consulting, system modernization, and vulnerability management.

• Customer Project Support & Network/Security Solution Planning
  • Lead cybersecurity compliance assessments for major clients
  • Support sales teams in preparing technical solutions and security requirement analysis for clients, coordinate technical security reviews and system integration when necessary
  • Deliver network solution requirements and analysis for client projects
  • Perform project server initialization when necessary
• Infrastructure & System Modernization
  • Plan and execute server infrastructure upgrades and OS migrations
  • Manage and coordinate database upgrades and compatibility testing
  • Conduct multi-site system compatibility assessments and technical migration planning
  • Maintain and manage cybersecurity documentation and records
  • Participate in implementing enterprise-level security frameworks
• Vulnerability Management & Patch Updates
  • Perform security vulnerability scans and risk assessments; follow up on remediation and patching
  • Manage and optimize system performance and network infrastructure operations
• Cross-team & Partner Collaboration
  • Coordinate with IT infrastructure team, and third-party partners to ensure security measures are implemented
  • Support AWS disaster recovery plans and other cross-departmental security projects
  • Provide emergency support on technical troubleshooting when necessary

• Proven experience in network and cybersecurity roles, preferably within warehouse automation or enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in vulnerability assessment tools, network administration, and system modernization processes
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills in both English and Mandarin
• Experience with database and server infrastructure upgrades
• Up to 10-20% of travel

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
• Experience with autonomous mobile robot industry is a plus
• Experience with manufacturing security systems and enterprise security frameworks
