A leading retailer based in Mississauga is seeking a Benefits & Retirement Specialist on a 1-year contract. This role involves administering group benefits and retirement programs, ensuring compliance and data accuracy, and supporting initiatives that enhance the Associate experience. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience in this field and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,082.50 to $84,115.50 annually.

We're seeking a Benefits & Retirement Specialist (1-Year Contract) to administer programs that support the health, financial security, and overall well‑being of our Associates. In this role, you'll ensure compliance with organizational goals and regulatory requirements while delivering accurate, timely guidance to employees. You'll contribute to competitive total rewards strategies, manage vendor relationships, and support projects that enhance the Associate experience across TJX Canada.
