- Must be able to reliably commute to job sites and have a valid driver’s license
- Must be available for full-time hours
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions
- 3 – 5 years of experience as a flat roofer; installing single-ply flat roofing systems such as TPO
- Skilled in the use of hot air heat welders, robot welders, tear-off equipment, hydraulic hoists and other roofing equipment
- Troubleshoot and detect leaks
- Weight handling up to 45 kg (100 lbs.)
- Knowledge of Ontario safety regulations
- Access to tools/equipment and CSA-approved safety gear
