Match Group, the global leader in online dating, is looking for a talented and motivated software engineer to join our Match Group Core Compliance and Verification pod. Match Group Core is the central services division for Match Group, providing shared services and data solutions for all brands under the Match Group portfolio, including Tinder, Hinge, Match.com, POF, OKC, and many others. As a member of the Compliance and Verification pod, you will be responsible for building and operating multiple central services that pertain to consent, biometric and device verification, and general compliance – critical systems that all brands in the Match Group portfolio rely on. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a small but multifaceted team where everyone adds value and plays a crucial role in the development and maintenance of scalable, reliable, and efficient central services. When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life. We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our Vancouver office three days a week.
