A leading IT services company in Toronto is seeking an onsite deskside support technician to provide high-quality IT support for various devices. The role involves troubleshooting, VIP support, and data center assistance. Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience and strong expertise in Windows and Mac OS environments. Certifications like CompTIA A+ or ITIL are advantageous. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Formación
2–4 years of experience in deskside support or field IT roles.
Strong troubleshooting expertise in Windows (10 / 11) and Mac OS environments.
Familiarity with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
Responsabilidades
Provide high-quality, in-person IT support for desktops and laptops.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Deliver exceptional support to VIPs and high-profile users.
