Business Development Lead, XR & Health Innovation
Aequilibrium (AEQ) is seeking a high-energy, consultative Business Development Lead, XR & Health Innovation to help grow AEQ Innovate, with a particular focus on immersive technologies (XR/VR/AR), health innovation, and the VR4Health initiative in collaboration with international partners through the ITEA program.
This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role designed for a high‑potential professional early in their career who is ready to take ownership, build relationships, and represent AEQ at conferences, partner meetings, and innovation ecosystems across Canada, the US, and Europe.
