Description

As a licensed M1/M2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) with one or more years of experience working on large aircraft, you’re seeking an opportunity that leverages your expertise and offers greater autonomy.

This position is open to residents of Yellowknife or for a rotational assignment.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance on fleet aircraft or components according to airworthiness standards
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults
  • Plan maintenance activities and coordinate with Dispatch
  • Manage spares inventory through communication with the stores department
  • Maintain aircraft records using computerized tracking systems
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of licensed AME experience, preferably with larger aircraft
  • Transport Canada AME License M1/M2
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent observational, decision-making, and time management abilities
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with leadership qualities
Work Conditions:
  • Position available as Resident or Rotational — accommodations and travel provided
