What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • At least 2 years of commercial insurance production experience; the more senior the candidate, the better!

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with niche markets or specific industry sectors within commercial insurance.
  • Independent and proactive approach to sales and client management.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial insurance sales or production, with senior advisors strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Residence in Ontario; fully remote work available for Ontario-based candidates.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a focus on building and growing a personal book of business.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or broker events.
