Position Summary and Scope of Service
St.Amant’s core values reflect a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Staffing is essential for the success of St.Amant business and operations. The Case Worker works with partnered programs to provide respect‑based customer service and delivers case management services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, primarily remotely. They use professional social‑work theory to facilitate the case management process: referral and intake, crisis/protection services, assessment, case planning and counselling, service monitoring/evaluation, and service termination.
Key responsibilities include: creating family–centred support plans; assessing risk and safety; empowering families to access formal and informal supports; coordinating services across the community; providing crisis and mediation services; managing caseloads and outcomes; and ensuring compliance with legislation and professional standards.
St.Amant values volunteerism and student mentorship and expects the Case Worker to support, train, mentor and collaborate with volunteers and students.

Duties and Responsibilities
Program/Service Support: Receive and review referrals, assess families, document outcomes, investigate abuse/neglect, coordinate and mediate solutions, manage transition and removal processes, provide crisis and specialised interventions, support interdisciplinary teamwork and maintain internal and external partnerships.
