The Change Management Specialist will report to the Manager, Digital Health. This position will play a key role in the successful implementation and adoption of digital technologies such as eReferral and eConsult. This position is accountable for the implementation activities to support Health Service Providers in a variety of hospital and community settings, by applying a structured change management approach and methodology. It will also be important to ensure alignment of work with local digital health priorities to not introduce competing models of change.
This regional role focuses on addressing the needs specific to the North East and North West regions.
