A medical device company is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a team and secure new business in the cardiac market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical equipment sales management and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include meeting revenue targets and managing Territory Representatives. A Bachelor's degree and a strong sales acumen are required. The role involves significant travel and offers a competitive compensation package.

Overview
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for securing new business and independently managing a sales area and sales team, often remotely from Kestra’s main offices. This position contacts and consults with clients across a mix of clinical settings and leads a team of Territory Representatives.

Compensation: An annual base salary of $200,000, with a location- and experience-appropriate bonus.
