What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define the scope and objectives of business systems through research and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Analyze user needs and adjust system logic to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Oversee business systems projects from inception through implementation and support.
- Design PowerBI dashboards and functional prototypes to support data-driven requirements gathering.
- Extract, query, and interpret complex lab data using SQL to inform clinical and operational decisions.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Life Sciences.
- 10–15 years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst, including 6 years in a Central Lab or Clinical Trials environment.
- Deep understanding of business applications and client requirements in a regulated setting.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and managing data in complex systems.
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PowerBI to translate datasets into dynamic visualizations and insights.
- Knowledge of lab data structures, enterprise platforms, and clinical research workflows.
