This role ensures all volunteer records are organized and up to date, and that new volunteers feel welcomed and supported. The coordinator also assists with internal communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks related to volunteer engagement. Compassion, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
