Job Description
We are seeking a Product Owner to oversee the transformation-focused delivery of Workday Recruit enhancements and integrations. This role is embedded in a dedicated Agile pod and works in close partnership with business journey teams, technical delivery leads, and senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring deep Workday HCM expertise, strong Agile delivery experience, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a regulated, enterprise‑scale environment.
