Your Role

As a Creative Strategist, you’ll turn audience insights into scroll‑stopping creative concepts that convert. You’ll own the creative testing roadmap across multiple client accounts — developing ideas, writing sharp briefs, and collaborating with creators and editors to iterate quickly on what performs best.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and performance, ideal for someone who thrives on mixing storytelling with results.

You’ll:
  • Lead creative strategy and testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
  • Develop data-backed creative hypotheses, plan structured tests, and iterate quickly to scale what wins.
  • Write clear, actionable briefs for creators, editors, and designers — ensuring each asset is crafted with intent.
  • Review ad performance and creative metrics to identify patterns and next‑round opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to connect creative insights with campaign KPIs and client goals.
  • Maintain a high creative bar while ensuring steady output that meets weekly testing benchmarks.
You Bring:
  • 1–3 years of experience developing and optimizing ad creative for paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.), ideally in eCommerce.
  • Proven track record of producing or directing creative that drives measurable results.
  • Strong grasp of ad creative fundamentals — copy, framing, hooks, pacing, and structure.
  • Comfort working with and providing feedback to UGC creators, editors, and designers.
  • Analytical mindset — able to translate data into actionable creative direction.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
