We are passively seeking .Net Developers to join our team in anticipation of future hiring needs. While the demand for this role has not yet been realized, we are eager to build an engaged pipeline for future needs.

As a .Net Developer at Deloitte, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining .Net applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability for a leading North American Bank. This long-term staff augmentation role requires strong expertise in .Net and C#. You will collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions to our client.

• Design, develop, and maintain .Net applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the software.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of demonstrated project experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software design and development using C#, .Net, and ASP.Net.
• Proven experience as a .Net Developer
• Strong proficiency in C#
• Hands-on experience with either Angular or React for front-end development
• Solid experience with WPF for desktop application development
• Proficiency in .Net windows form application development and Windows Communication foundation services
• Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, high availability and concurrent programming
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft .net C#.net develop windows services and class libraries
• Experience in working on any OS (Unix, Linux, Win)
• Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven sense of responsibility and the ability to deliver results independently and efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and document technical and functional specifications.
• Experience working on large-scale global projects.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
